They take pride in ensuring their standards of service match the high standards of their products. They are urgently seeking a confident and professional Call Centre Manager for their modern offices on the outskirts of Portsmouth.

This is a very responsible role for a confident person who is capable managing senior staff as well as responsibility for the motivation and development of 5 team supervisors and 2 managers working on inbound and outbound calls.

You will be confident and strong working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
You will be able to analyse statistical information including budgets and forecasting.

Our client, an established manufacturer of textiles and home improvement products, is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing team leader their company based in Portsmouth

A dynamic individual, you will provide support to the call centre sales department whilst constantly encouraging and motivating the team. They are looking for a born communicator who can think on their feet and act upon ideas to benefit the department and company. You will be responsible for monitoring individual sales areas, identifying any problems and reporting to the Sales Manager on progress of plans put into action. You will recognize any training required and facilitate the development of individuals on a regular basis. You will continually offer support and guidance to employees as they progress within the company.

To be successful in this exciting position you will be well organised and able to manage your time efficiently. You will be the involved with the marketing department coordinating internal and external sales promotions and monitor the results of these promotions.

Telesales Associates

Our client is a leading manufacturer of textiles and supplier of home improvement and security products. They are looking for Telesales Associates to join their busy and fun call centre in Portsmouth. You will report to an experienced supervisor who will guide you through product and sales support.

JOB PURPOSE -
To fill supplied quality leads and appointments to maximize return for the company

RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Ensure targets are met.
- Provide the highest level of service to all customers

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED -
- Previous internal sales or service sales experience

- Keep up to date with product knowledge, current offers, and sales promotions.

Telesales Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The daily management of a team of telemarketing associates.
- On a daily and weekly basis; providing the departmental telemarketing
- Ensuring all levels of targets are met; individual, team and department.
- Performance monitoring & reporting.
- Ensuring associates adhere to the code of conduct & procedures in line with the Company Employment Control System
- Liaising with department telemarketing manager to ensure team is sufficiently staffed; in core contact times.
- Prepared & deliver motivational team briefings.
- Demonstrate initiative in the development of the individual, team & department; identifying opportunities for improving the individual team & department's efficiency, productivity and performance.
- Working with the management team to ensure effective day-to-day management of the call centre.
- Proactive with knowledge of ongoing market place, company initiatives, new products, services.
- Keeping team members updated on relevant information as necessary, using the correct form of communication.
- Ensuring that all paperwork & administration duties are filled out correctly, appropriately dealt with, in timely manner
- Responsible for dealing with calls or issues escalated by associates.
- Upholding the Company Health & Safety Policy.

SKILLS
- A minimum of 1 years call centre operational & supervisory experience
- Experience in both Inbound and Outbound call handling ideally but not essential
- A solid background in developing, coaching, and mentoring a team of subordinates
- Confident managing by floor walking.
- Have the ability to share and implement call centre operations best practice.
- Proficient computer knowledge including spreadsheets, databases, & word processing
- The ability to exercise strong judgment skills and maintain confidentially
- A blend of sophisticated people skills with telephone integration knowledge
- Be forward thinking, with the ability to get things done.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, at all levels.
- Be capable negotiating and influencing.
- The ability to anticipate and organise targets within a team, as well as own work load.
- Must have a motivated and enthusiastic approach to life.

The company’s core markets are spread across the health, corporate services, financial services, tax, accounting, law, regulatory and education sectors.
They are looking to add to their already successful business teams with more experienced Telesales people. You will be motivated and resilient, adaptable and persuasive, and be comfortable speaking with professional people by phone.
You will have 1 year’s min sales experience preferably working with an outbound call centre.
You will also need to be PC literate and keen to get started and make money
