• This will be a database search for current candidates to match the vacancy

• Interview candidates and forward a full CV to the clients

Campaign Management

• This involves a fixed fee agreed at the commencement of the campaign
• Managing your recruitment needs from job specification design
• Advertising on our websites free of charge
• Client paid advertising with national media
• Interviewing all candidates and testing their skills if appropriate
• Production of a short list of candidates who match the specification to be interviewed

Executive Search and selection

• This involves an agreed fee paid in three stages, one third on commencement of project, one third on presentation of shortlist of candidates for interview, and the balance of start of employment of successful candidate with your company
• Meeting with recruiting managers and HR to ensure that the job specification is accurate, and to agree timescales for completion of project
• Dedication consultant assigned to the project to work with a researcher to headhunt targeted personnel on behalf of the client
• Intensive interview screening
• Production of shortlist of candidates who match the vacancy profile
